A strong opening line can do so much heavy lifting. In film and TV, they say the first image is worth 1000 words - in improv, your opening line can have the same effect. Don’t worry about spelling out the whole scene, just get us started filling in the blank canvas - from your opening line, slow and steady, performers can explore and invest in the scene!
