Playing on Your Front Foot

If you’ve played long enough, you’ve done the second guess foot stomp from the sideline or you’ve been the Homer Simpson sinking into the bushes meme. All of this is about doubting your idea and playing from your heels. For this class, we are going to build up the muscles of playing fast, trusting our first thought, and piling onto someone else’s idea. Playing on your front foot is a posture of participation and support that shows you and your teammates you’re all in. Second guessing be danged, this class is for the first thought.
